Thanksgiving is right around the corner: time to reflect and be grateful for what we have....
I have always been very appreciative and grateful for all life bought my way. I have had the opportunity to attend the best schools. I also had the opportunity to travel the world, when I was an Officer in the US Army and the list goes on and on.
Too often I heard people complaining and I would scratch my head and mumble to myself… what a waste of energy, they should see the good things that they have. But I am digressing…
Twenty plus years ago, Diane had the opportunity to relocate and take an “Office Manager Position” for the law firm she worked for. The only catch was, it was not in Boston, MA rather it was in Los Angeles, California.
I was just settling in and starting to become established in Boston, MA as a Realtor. I thought about it and said to Diane I have no problems with the change of scenery, but it is under one condition: we are not going to pick up every few years, no matter what her job situation turns out.
Twenty plus years later, I am still a Beverly Hills, CA Realtor and she is still in the Legal Profession, but not in Management.
Too often people make promises and commitments, but they do not keep them. I am grateful that Diane kept her commitment to me and here we are in a place that has four seasons, but the climate is mild and temperate. We do not have to shovel snow to get the car out😊
Then to boot, I have clients who are from all over the Globe and the price ranges are from the low end to the ultra-luxury prices. If I told you what the price ranges are you would hold your breath and wonder if I am telling tall stories, but I am not it is just the reality of being a Beverly Hills Realtor. If you are not up to speed let me tell you, the greater Los Angeles is the most interesting place for Real Estate. Homes are from the very low end to all the way to $250 million asking price. Vacant land is from the very low end to all the way to $1 billion dollars. It is not unusual to find $100 million-dollar vacant land on the market.
I am very grateful for being here and I am glad how things turned out.
Now if you are looking for a successful Beverly Hills Realtor in any price range, might that be in the low end or the ultra-luxury end you will get the same superb advice and client service. Please reach out to me and I will prove it to you.
