Prices ranged from $270,000 for a lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath abode up to $380,000 for a 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a gorgeous pool!

Highest sales price/sq. ft. for October was $135.50, and after removing 2 outliers (high and low), the average sales price/sq. ft. = $104.

Average number of days on the market was 91 before receiving an agreed-upon offer.
