Keller Mortgage offers a better deal to buyers. Their rates are low, Their Lender fees are zero, and they provide buyers a $1,000 credit at closing. By optimizing their operation and reducing their margins, they are able to pass huge savings to customers. Don't believe it?

Keller Mortgage exist to give KW agents the ability to provide their clients a financial benefit by delivering thousands in savings! Because they are uniquely positioned within the KW family, they do not pay rent, they have no loan officers on site and they do not sign expensive Marketing Service Agreements. Keller Mortgage passes these huge savings directly to buyers involved in KW transactions ONLY, so KW agents can sell more homes. Market centers will increase retention, recruiting and profit share.

KW buyers pay no lender fees + they receive an extra $1,000 closing credit. Typical lender fees are 1–2%. On $300,000 that’s $3,000–$6,000; after another $1,000 credit that brings the total savings to $7,000, and the interest rate stays nice and LOW!

Buyers can use the savings to:

  • Qualify for a higher loan amount
  • Increase their down payment
  • Improve their offer price
  • Offset repairs
  • Buy new furniture Pay moving expenses

When customers win, we all win!

Just to let you know, anyone can do this and I have done many in the past. This is nothing new, except for Keller Mortgage getting into the business.

I believe the zero plus loan is an FTC violation. If you google it, it is improperly disclosed by agents and is a form of misleading advertising.
