Water Service Billing Changes Begin November 20, 2017
Beginning on Monday, November 20, 2017, the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management introduces a major change in Billing.
The DWM will officially launch its new online customer portal!
Some of the many new features include:
- Complete new water/sewer service application and submit supporting documentation online
- Transfer water/sewer service to a new location
- Disconnect service
- Compare last bill to previous month bills and year over year
- Allow guest(s) to access your account(s)
- Check your water usage
- Access the portal from any device (mobile friendly)
The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management believes that its new portal will add functionality while improving overall Customer experience. Give it a try!
