Christmas is in the air! Well... Thanksgiving first for the purest. Holiday season is here any way you look at it, and I am looking forward to it.
I posted September 2017 Market Report back in October (See that post here). Once again our local association, Boise Regional REALTORS®, does a fantastic job with monthly reports for both Ada & Canyon County.
Median prices are down slightly in Ada County from September 2017, but up slightly in Canyon County. Homes sold are down in both counties from September but both are still up year over year. Days on market are creeping up just a little bit, but inventory levels are sticking right at about 2 months.
