Our buyers have a new home!  After completing the sale of their South Carolina home, they trekked up the highways to make this morning's closing!  317 Turtle Creek Dr in Loveland's White Pillars community is now theirs!

This immaculate end unit ranch condo featured an open floor plan, granite counters, upgraded cabinets, gas fireplace and a HUGE finished lower level!  And did we mention the screened in porch with the water view?

White Pillars was only recently completed by Drees Homes and is located on SR48 on the outskirts of Loveland.  It's also a pool community and close to everything our buyers might want!

How did our buyers find us?  It all started over two years ago with a thought of returning to Ohio to be near their kids and grandkids.  They were already accustomed to a low maintenance lifestyle so another patio home sounded like the way to go!  A search of the internet for Cincinnati patio homes kept turning up the same source of information:  us!  So they reached out to us and we started the process of helping.  Watching for homes that might work, showing them patio homes and communities when they were in town, providing advice pro and con on various choices, and waiting for their South Carolina home to go under contract.

When that sale was lined up, we evaluated what was available and a switch was made from a patio home to an attached ranch condo.  Their daughter and I toured the two that were available in White Pillars and the buyers confirmed to offer on 317 Turtle Creek Dr.  Negotiations were quick and the process from offer to closing was smooth!

We're sure they're going to enjoy this ranch condo for years to come!
