Hi Debra Leisek es, I lived in Fairbanks until I was about 7, then we moved to Juneau. I've also lived in Anchorage and Kodiak. :) I still get to Anchorage occasionally as we have a sister in law there, and I'm in Juneau quite often as I have a son and grandkids who live there.
Looks like your market is moving along nicely. Ours is one of scarcity for Price Points between 100-400,000
