My listing at 4237 Wedgewood Drive is under contract after less than two weeks on the market. I listed it on November 6th and went under contract on November 17th.
After three showings an offer was presented. This home was priced to sell quickly and it did.
It is scheduled to close on February 1, 2018 the day after the tenant's lease is completed.

Actually it doesn't close until February 1, 2018 Dorie Dillard. There are tenants in there with a lease that is complete January 31, 2018.
