Hoo-boy! Today's market! Actually, I started in 2005, so I don't know any better... I hate sales. That's why I love real estate: a house either sells itself or it doesn't. People know what they want, and it's my job to help them find it. One of my clients looked at 53 homes before they found the one that was perfect for them! Actually, I was kind of disappointed as I was having so much fun looking!

I moved from Irvine, CA to Greenville, SC, after selling my place two years ago.
How's the market doing in Mission Viejo? I saw Ladera Ranch, CA made news on CNN's Money.com website and in the current issue so Money magazine. They're hurting with the level of foreclosures in their community.
I hope your market is stabilizing.
