It is the night before the Food Olympics: Thanksgiving that is, there is so much to be grateful for....
There are so many things and people I am grateful for, there is so little time to give recognition to all. Tonight, I have to say, I must give credit to all the years of experience that got me to the night before Thanksgiving without stressing.
Every year I would be stressing on getting the Turkey, brining the turkey, shopping for the ingredients and worrying about the preparation as well as the planning of the meal.
Well after so many years it is like second nature. I am on autopilot. The shopping was done without a hitch. The ordering of the Turkey the same. The brining of the Turkey just as easy. The two sides made tonight.
Tomorrow as the Turkey is baking the table will be set and the other two sides made.
This is the benefit of years of experience and knowhow.
Clearly there is a parallel I referred to before, with Real Estate. I failed to mention in-between all this I have two clients in town running around and looking at properties. I am grateful I am also in Escrow in two other properties
What is not to be grateful about. Tomorrow the real estate business will be quiet and the fun of being at the Food Olympics creating the best meals ever and sharing memories with friends and family will be the priority.
So with that said in case I will not have time to post or comment tomorrow I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.
