Hi Kim - interesting info...I am graph-challenged...I never have been able to read them well (w/o sitting for 15 minutes and staring at them).  I tried months ago to do some graphs and charts on Vegas' stats and gave up :)

Kimberly, Another great market report.  I'm amazed at the percentage of homes you have under $100,000.  That makes for reasonable housing.

Kimberly, Great graphs. I love looking at graphs rather than a bunch of numbers.

Great piece.  I am encouraged to see the May numbers.  I am curious to see if we see the trend continue in June.  Let us all know as soon as you get them.

by the way, Do you have an outside blog that I can add to my Blogroll ?

Thanks and look forward to reading your thoughts on the world of real estate.

I like your graphs, too!  I noticed that our markets are similar right now...even though we are in different states.

Thank you everyone for your comments and compliments.  I used Power Point to create my graphs.  I then save them as a picture and pop them into my posts.
