Hi Kim - interesting info...I am graph-challenged...I never have been able to read them well (w/o sitting for 15 minutes and staring at them).  I tried months ago to do some graphs and charts on Vegas' stats and gave up :)

Kimberly, Another great market report.  I'm amazed at the percentage of homes you have under $100,000.  That makes for reasonable housing.
