Video continues to be a very powerful tool for our Team here in Maryland. We find that most of our Buyers are looking for instant gratification with one click of the mouse. They can watch a 2 to 4 minute, Hollywood Movie Trailer style video of our Sellers property. It is meant to wet the appetite of potential Buyers and cause them to schedule a preview. The real estate market place is always changing. We have to decide if we can or even should change. Some change is necessary if we want to keep in the forefront.

Video is now big, and Matterport is a step up in the way we can present a property to the consumer.
