There were 118 houses sold and closed in May. Morgan County's average selling price is $125,722 for May and the median sales price for the month of May is $106,000.
Morgan County averaged 91 days on the market for sale. This decreased a bit from the average 112 from last month but its exactly the same for this month last year.
