Winter is just around the corner, but in Long Beach, NY residents who are lucky enough to live in a buidling with an idoor pool can swim all-year round. Living in Long Beach, NY there are many condos and co-ops with indoor pools. In NY, where we get to below zero tempreatures in winter, it is certainly a luxury to be able to sit by an indoor pool,  simply relaxing with your favorite book or newspaper as snow falls outside. Some indoor pools even boast beautiful ocean views, so you could enjoy lounging by the pool as you soak in the lovely scenery. The beauty of an indoor pool is that it serves as a year round escape in your own building.

If you are looking for a Co-Op building with an indoor pool, The Riveira Towers at 600 Shore Road has a beautiful indoor pool located on the first floor of the building above the lobby level. The indoor pool area has magnificent views of the beach and the Atlantic, an extraordinary sanctuary to kick back and relax.

If you are looking for a condominium with an indoor pool, there are a couple of sleek luxury condos right on the boardwalk. The Renaissance at 170 W Broadway and Aqua on the Ocean at 403 East Boardwalk is an upscale residence. These upscale buildings offer spectacular views and excellent ammentities.

The Country Club Towers located at 333 E Broadway also has an indoor pool. This is also a very nice pool area but it is located on E Broadway and does not have the views that the other indoor pools have.

If you are not as fortunate to have found a place in the following buildings there are still other options. There are buildings that have wonderful outdoor heated pools. The best and least expensive place to find a pool is the olympic sized pool found at the Long Beach Recreation Center found on Magnolia Blvd.

Contact the Alex Rubin Team anytime, if you need any help finding the right building in Long Beach, NY. Remember to just keep swimming!
