O.K.- It really wasn't as fast as "60 seconds", however, sales have been brisk and the inventory in Glacier View Meadows is extremely limited.
Today, 6 homes are under contract, with a median price of $317,400, and an average days on Market of 52 days. Days to offer range from 4 days to 84 days.

Glacier View Meadows, at an elevation of about 7400 feet +/-, has been a popular area for people who are seeking some space and a little bit of peace and quiet away from a crowded city. For commuters it’s an easy 40-50 minute commute to Fort Collins via Hwy 287. Most parcels average 2-- 3 acres, (some are larger or smaller), and the HOA maintains the roads, and plows in winter for year ‘round access.
