What Did We do without Facetime ?

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams 414-525-0563 57026-90 Broker

Relocation is one of the niches we work with in our practice and enjoy very much.   As lifetime Wisconsin residents, we know the features of the area we cover including tSoutheastern Wisconsinhe counties of Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington and Jefferson.

Whether we represent a Seller and tout the area to Buyers or are working with Buyers who need to know the area and all it has to offer...we are prepared to offer tours, supply lists of local attractions and interests from sports venues to cultural centers ...the specialty stores ...all of the things that they will need to know and feel at home in the Badger State.

facetime   Sometimes only one spouse is able to make the intial house shopping trip and Facebook becomes an invaluable tool to show the spouse still at home in another state, the house, the layout....answer questions and become part of the buying decision.   We have had times when neither Buyer can be at the home and we tour it with Facetime so that they don't miss an opportunity to buy a particular home.  We sometimes video the tour at the same time so that the Buyers can have a "second showing"  without physically being in the house.

Technology has come a long way....from the "olden days" of one picture of the exterior of the house to a buying decision made without ever being in a house...we live in amazing times !

If you are a Buyer or Seller looking for an "Amazing time" and quality real estate services throughout southeastern Wisconsin....Call the Hansons...we are honored to be of service.

Good morning Sally K. & David L. Hanson,

Gotta love technology! My son and daughter in law were looking to move over the summer and knew exactly the community they wanted to live in and wanted a pool or the ability to put a pool in. Of course the morning the "perfect" house came on the market my son was boarding a plane for the week-end. I made an appointment and I met his wife over there..we faced time him as we walked through the house! It was exactly what they wanted so he crafted an offer on his lap top (he is a broker) on the plane and I called the agent it was coming.  We both knew the listing agent and Bingo.... They got it (even with multiple offers)!

Oh my gosh, I also love relocation buyers, Hansons both! I absolutely love showing our beautiful city and FaceTiming is also a fun way to do it! Buyers love that too.

I think most are used to hopping in their agent's car and going from house-to-house. The tour makes a WORLD of difference!

Hi Sally K. & David L. Hanson - Great use of Facetime!

Years ago, my son went to Switzerland for 3 months and we talked weekly on skype (no Facetime back then). We set up a weekly call and I talked to him more then then when he was at home...LOL!!  All basically free also.

I remember a 3 minute call from my husband from Europe 20 years ago and it cost $75!  Talk about a shock when I got the bill!

Technology is wonderful and I have even sold a few homes via Skype or Facetime and the buyers didn't actually see the home until they came to town, but I toured them around using my iPad.

I love all the techie stuff we can do, Sally. I recently used Facetime with a military family in Europe and it was a great way to show them the community and the homes they were most interested in.

Sally and David that is an excellent use of FaceTime.  For me it is a once a week call with my granddaughter.  We have an adapter that goes from our iPad to the HDMI on our widescreen TV set.  We get to see the whole room so we see her running around and performing for us.

Sally and David- I wish they'd had that when we were looking back in 2004 because it was a thinventory time then too. Larry was in Leesburg VA looking and I couldn't be there all of the time to look at homes.
