Susan - I still can't get over the prices out your way. What would a house like that rent for and what are the property taxes?

Lisa: I think this home would easily rent for $1300 a month. The taxes on homes in this area are around $1400 a year on average. This home really is beautiful inside!

Susan, good luck on the sale of this new construction home ... where are the trees, though?  It needs trees or shrubs, or flowers, don't you think that would be a good addition?

Linda: Thanks so much!

Jan: I totally agree! I am trying to get the builder to add some. We got it staged though!

Spokane Washington Real Estate Expert Yeah, nice price, I also would use the backlight feature on the picture, I just figured it out on my camera and now understand why it is useful, it would bring light to the shadows. You can also use picnik.com their exposure slider is great for bringing things ou of the shadows. nice looking home.

Hey Susan. How did the open house go? The house looks nice. But I would've love to see some interior pictures of this house. Have a great and safe weekend. Great post.

Ross: Thanks for that great advice! It really did make a difference in the photo!

Lanre: It went ok. I had 2 couples come by. The secretary missed the deadline to get this in the paper so all I had was my signs. I was hoping for more people but the experience was fun. Read my blog about the wienie to see in more detail how it went!
