Well...some are easier than others but either way, these four ideas will help increase the value of your home.
Hang a Unique Chandelier or Light Fixture
This is probably the easiest thing to do that will add interest and value to your home. Updated lighting fixtures and unique chandeliers go a long way and help create a focal point that will draw buyer's eyes directly to it. Metal, clear glass and Edison bulbs are all very popular right now.
Use Reclaimed Wood
If you watch HGTV or search decor ideas on Instagram, you've most likely seen the increased fame of reclaimed wood over the past couple of years. Reclaimed wood is an easy way to add character, charm, and a design element to any property. Reclaimed wood can be used in it's natural wood state or stained. Either way it's beautiful and screams for attention.
Convert to Wood or Wood Tile Floors
Wood floors have been around for many decades but not so much here in the Coachella Valley desert area. But the appeal has grown in popularity (even here in the desert) and if you want to go all out, opt for a tile that resembles wood. It's a win win for homeowners in the desert where tile floors traditionally are the most desirable. 
Create a Focal Point with a Stylish Chair or Fabric
Don't be afraid to add one or two pieces of furniture that are trendy or have a unique fabric. Throw pillows can also be changed out easily to help bring in fresh, bold colors and textures. Don't be afraid to experiment.
