Parting words. Discontented neighbor? Recent foreclosure.

No dirty cuss words!  Just a nice farewell to the neighborhood.

Imagine moving to a neighborhood and working hard to make the neighborhood more lovely by planting lots of plants and making flowerbeds and redoing the house you have bought!  Imagine growing more and more dissatisfied with your move!  Imagine spending so much money  on redoing the house with brand new bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, new flooring, new siding......and on and on and on!

We handle foreclosures and this one had these parting words on the bathroom mirrors.  "Your neighbors are not what they seem."   "Beware! This is a TOXIC neighborhood.  Run."  These two were in one bathroom.  This was in the second bathroom.  "Do not trust the neighbors!"

We do not know the whole story but we can almost visualize an unhappy neighbor who has run out of money making an old house new again, packing all his bags, loading the truck, taking one last look around the house,  admiring the hard work he'd put in, wishing things had been better and then giving a last farewell to the neighborhood by writing on the bathroom mirrors.  BUT.....what if it wasn't him who wrote the words but a neighbor?   It's a good mystery.
