Now I Know Why Everyone is So Cranky!
Wouldn't it be nice to know that you can work with a company to get your "whatever" up and running right?

I just tried to activate a new iPhone on Walmart Family Mobile. Customer service was horrible.
Wow....I tried to deactivate an hour later.
Wow, again. It FINALLY went through. But, I paid $60 and over two hours to get it to work be deactivated. Call this a loss of about $300 to me.
But, I called it the principle of the thing. If they can't make me happy in the first 90 minutes, then how will this end?
Realtors, take note. Most of you chase the business, catch it, make it work and try to get additional leads....
They don't care. Truly....they don't. But, they will call back within the hour, and the next and the next. And, explain why they can't help you.
You and the stagers and the mortgage people and everyone else here make this site work. All of us together are trying to make a difference with great customer service. Don't be a loser like Walmart Family Mobile.
Make sure that each and every one of your clients/customers are so happy, they want to refer YOU to friends, family and acquaintances.
That will make your 2018 the best it can be....and every year after that, too.
