Nealon Drive is sold and closed. We went under contract quickly but, unfortunately the first purchaser wasn’t able to sell their home and in turn we went back on the market. Fortunately a new buyer was secured in one day and through lots of teamwork we closed in less than 30 days. There were a lot of hurdles getting to closing due to the nature of the estate.
