The New Year is upon us and time to review my listing presentation to be sure it is up to-date and ready for the current market.      I always want the most current information in my listing presentation to reflect the times and the services I give to my Sellers.

 

There are things that come to mind over the year that have changed just a bit.   This year there were several open houses where "non-buyers" toured the home and helped themselves to the Seller's possessions.      I want to be sure Sellers are aware of the dangers of an open house when the home is occupied.   I have actually had Sellers gasp with this information.

 

I have many Sellers that will be ready to list their home after the Holidays are over, and I will be ready with the updated presentation!

Joan, perfect timing to update a listing presentation. I just finished ours, had a big appointment come up and decided I'd do it early this year. It's normally much  slower this time of year so it's been tricky getting the updates done that we typically have plenty of time to do at the end of the year!
