Although this November saw 5 fewer sales in Black Forest area than 2016, the numbers are still above average. The problem has more to do with the supply of homes as opposed to lack of demand.
The Median sales price is still holding at an all-time high of $490,000. This is a 46% increase from the 10 year low in 2011 of $335,500
