We had a personal experience with Middleton this summer. Being in real estate we have experience with most heat and air companies in Central Arkansas. Our recent experience with Middleton was A+.
Our HVAC went out during the hottest week of the summer, of course :) We had another company scheduled and it was a comedy of errors. We called Middleton on Friday after we were out of AC for 4 days. We were frustrated, irritable and HOT!
Middleton was on it. Had a professional rep at our home by 4:00 the same day. They were reasonably priced and explained our options. We scheduled the instal for Sat. morning.
The crew that came out was professional is all regards. Well mannered, dressed appropriatley, and knowlegeable. I was very impressed and I am not easily impressed.
We recommend that you call Middlelton when you need help with your HVAC system.
