"...Blandford is building 1,200 homes in the next six years ranging from $239,950 to $790,950. Introductory prices range from the affordable low-end for a three-bedroom, two-bath home to luxury models with five bedrooms, four baths and three-car garages on oversized lots."
It is great to hear good news about the housing market. It is also refreshing that this builder's philosophy is simple and direct, "If you offer the right product at the right price, it will sell."
Blandford even thinks that he paid too much for the land in 2005, but expects it to be worth it 5 years from now. He has 30 years experience, I bet he knows what he is talking about.
