The median home sales price for November 2017 West $279,000 of 8.14%. Monthly home sales were 4705 units down 2.06% compared to last month. The median number of days on the market increased 15.15% to 38 days as compared to last month. Dallas Metro currently has a 2.8 months supply which is a 7.69% increase over last month. New listings were down 7.2% last month to a total of 5566 units. The median price per square foot was $130 which was a 9.24% increase over last month.
