The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were 5.4 percent, new homes are down 7.0 percent and resale condos are up 6.8 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 4.8 percent, down 7.1 percent on condos and up 1.9 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are down 8.9 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 0.4 percent and the sales volume is up 20.4 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 12.2 percent and the sales volume is down 10.1 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 6.7 and the sales volume is up 23.3 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 14.6 percent and the sales volume is down 31.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 13.8 percent and the sales volume down 11.1 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 6.4 percent and the sales volume is down 19.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 11.7 percent and the sales volume is down 8.2 percent.
Mission Viejo went from a minus 28 percent to a plus 20.4 percent in sales volume. Now that is a huge change of the market. Most of the areas are slowing for sure. We are headed to the holidays now and it is in line with the movement of the market.
