Be Considerate of Others

“How far you go in life depends on you being tender

with the young, compassionate with the aged,

sympatric with the striving, and tolerant

with the weak . . . . because in your life

you will have all of these.”

George Washington Carver 1861 – 1943, American Botanist

 and Inventor

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Be considerate of others

As you travel the path of your life’s journey you will change and evolve many time over throughout the journey.

It’s important to know who you want to take the journey with you. As you evolve . . . . the people that are important to you will adjust along with you.

As you travel the path of your success journey . . . . be considerate of others . . . . and you will find that others will do the same.

It is amazing to me how hard it is for some people to have patience with the elderly - who get treated like they are deliberately making mistakes

I honestly believe everyone that comes into our life does so for a reason.  We learn a lesson from them whether we are aware of it or not.

Hi Lou- you know, it seems lately that being considerate of others has been missing. We need to bring it back.

Rest In Peace my friend, I miss our late evening banter in The Rain; another great post you shared with us back in the day. Your legacy lives on! I definitely struggle at times with kindness due to lack of patience with people, but your well chosen quote, as usual, landed:

“How far you go in life depends on you being tender

with the young, compassionate with the aged,

sympatric with the striving, and tolerant

with the weak . . . . because in your life

you will have all of these.”
