There has been considerable growth in Parker property management for us this year in 2017. As we begin to approach the beginning of 2018 we ramp up our presence in the Parker community. We have and will continue to report on community events as the year progresses. It’s somewhat of an easy task in December as the Christmas and Holiday events dominate the conversation week to week. We like to keep up on all that happens in the community as best we can. Sometimes that requires reporting on an event that won’t get much coverage from the local channels. It is not always known how many important community events that have long lasting physical effects of the community, that require the input of the tenants and families of the community.
The Town of Parker’s Homeowner Building Classes will be meeting on Monday December 18th from 6:00 – 8:00pm in the Town Hall. These events are open to everyone in the community. Agendas are found while you enter the room and there will be monitoring of the entire proceedings as the night continues. This is a great resource for anyone who currently has building related questions. This extends from home improvement, to interior projects reserved for the winter, to outdoor projects that come to fruition in the spring and summer when the icy weather thaws and releases its grip. The Building Division staff will be instructing on the process of obtaining a permit, any fees required and where to satisfy them. The required inspections that come at certain parts of the way to home improvement will be discussed as well. There can be a lot to navigate if you are a first timer in this realm and this meeting should illuminate any concerns or doubts you may have about the entire home improvement process.
