My Christmas Video and Greeting - 2017

Real Estate Technology with Carmody and Associates LLC

I typically pump out a holiday video each year.  The opening (including my Christmas hat) and closing are very familiar and the middle content reflects my feelings for the season this year (my Christmas Quotient, you might say).  I enjoy the music which has so far changed each year - limited by the selections available in my library of pre-paid royalty free holiday appropriate music.

I enjoy it and wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Let's be careful out there.

Ted, I am impressed with the quality of your video. I will be extremely impressed if you tell me that is you playing the piano!

what can I say, Mike.  I've been sick.

Actually, that piano and the handsome virtuoso at the keyboard is a remarkable device.  It changes it's song when you change the small sheet music on the stand - apparently magnetic.  It fascinates me when really neat "NASA" caliber technology turns up a few years later in the toy rack at Cracker Barrel restaurant.  (speaking of Halloween displays with proximity sensors to trigger the presentation.  I do not think our miniature Van Cliburn made it that far down the food chain yet)
