Dear Readers -
Margaret Rome from Baltimore, MD devotes her business energy to her Clients and to enhancing the ActiveRain Community. In fact, Margaret was one of the earliest members - even invested in the Founders when they first started out! Now that shows her devotion from the VERY beginning to AR, doesn't it?
Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland offers her wisdom to many members on many topics. Today she suggest how to convey ideas that you, as a Blogger, want more people to see. In her introduction of Carol Williams, you learn about SECOND CHANCE - Carol's contribution to AR.
I have learned so much from Margaret over the years - her unique methods for Open Houses, her special ideas about unusual Listings, her kindness to other agents, her spirit of devotion to her Clients! Thanks Margaret!

PS If I haven't thanked you personally for reading my Blog, let me do so right now! I really appreciate your stopping by and (perhaps) commenting! L.
If you’ve been on AR for more than a year or two, you realize how many people go into making this platform so special. Everyone who regularly blogs has a special way of giving to the community.
One of these members has gone a step further. Remember when daily someone would ask how to you get a gold star.
There used to be so many posts and questions asking how to get featured.
Those types of comments are infrequent now that Carol Williams has brought
to our weekly reading.
If you have a post that you think is feature worthy or you have read a post that deserves a gold star... You can send Carol a note, a text, an email, a phone call or just tag her in a comment.
Suggest a blog post.. It could be one of yours or any one that you like. It could be a really old one or a brand new one.
What types of posts to recommend?
Have you written an article that you are proud of?
Have you read an article that you think everyone should read?
Have you gotten a new idea that could change the way you do business?
Have you been inspired by someone?
Have you just read about how a member did something to make our industry better?
Have you just read a feel good story?
Have you read something that just makes you proud?
Maybe there are really good posts with very few comments. Or maybe it was written at an ‘off" time and was missed by the feature fairy. Here's your chance. Send Carol a message with a suggestion to feature a post in Second Chance Saturdays.
And while you are doing that...say thank you to Carol for doing this each and every week.
