Home prices in Boynton Beach, FL  didn't do much in October.

Prices of closed sales on single family homes in Boynton Beach
showed a decrease along with price per square foot.  Houses sold for close to asking price, while condos, villas and townhomes remained virtually the same as last month with closing prices of .96% of asking price.

In November 2017 the average list price for single family homes in Boynton Beach FL was $ 335,316, showing a decline from last month.  The list price per square foot was $ 168, also down from the prior month.

 

In November 2017, the average sold price for single family homes in Boynton Beach was $ 323,722 with an average sale price per square foot of $ 163.  Average days on market was 56.  Prices fell on closed homes this month, as well as price per square foot, with homes closing for an average of .97% of list price.  In other words, houses are selling for pretty close to asking price.

 

In November 2017, the average list price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach FL was $ 190,246.  The list price  per square foot for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 137.  List prices for condos, villas and townhouses remained the same while price per square foot showed a slight increase this month over the prior month.

 

In November 2017 the aveage sold price for condos, villas and townhouses in Boynton Beach was $ 182,416 with an average price per square foot of $ 131.  Average days on market was 86.  Prices remained virtually the same as last month in both closed sales and price per square foot.   Condos, villas and townhouses sold for an average of .96% of asking price.

There is a bit of  variation to some of the graphs but overall it looks like a good market for buyers. Doesn't look like a strong sellers market to me.
