Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY between December 10th-16th, 2017. There were three new listings. Two of these listings had briefly come on the market a week or two ago. However, they were immediately taken off and therefore not included in my previous reports. During the last week, the total number of available homes in Monroe NY dropped from from 82 to 80. I indicated that last week was the lowest level inventory in the last seven years, but now this week is. If you are thinking of selling your Monroe home, now would be a great time to do so!
The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory this week were:

Outside, there is a deck, an above ground pool, level yard, one car garage and driveway.
10 Owen Drive, MLS #4751030, listed at $410,000. This five bedroom, four full bath ranch home includes an accessory apartment. The main part of the home includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining area, master bedroom with sliders to deck, and three additional bedrooms. The accessory apartment has one bedroom, kitchen and living room area. Outside the home has more than a half acre of land, a deck and above ground pool.
