I am curious what kind of markets are out there in the US
To give you an idea, i looked at a property today in Baltimore that was renting for 2400, and selling for 340k i thought was a pretty good investment. 340,000 / (2400monthly rent *12) = 11.8, but that doesnt sound so good?
GRM I found today in baltimore was 11.8
Now that being said i am a bit of an investment novice, and am curious what kind of opportunites are available around the country? Clearly there is more in depth analysis, but lets just look at 1-2 unit buildings assume full occupancy and talk grms for a moment shall we?
