Soon we will start construction on St Charles Place, located 5 minutes away from Tinker Air Force Base, the largest US AFB in the US. We are building new homes staring at $145,600 for a 3/2/2 home to $157,000 for a 4/2/2. These homes are not dumbed down construction starting with all brick exteriors, 3 CM granite tops in the kitchen and baths, stainless steel appliances including microwave, stone or tile backsplashes, steel tubs instead of fiberglass inserts, and covered patios. The neighborhood is limited to 37 single family homes and we have included lawn maintenance in the HOA to insure a uniform quality look for all the properties and this includes a greenbelt area. We only have 10 available lots left for owners or investors and if you are an investor the cash flow is excellent for these prices. The location is also 15 minutes away from Downtown Oklahoma City, The State Capitol, and the Hospital District. If is getting tougher to build an affordable home with this high quality of construction and anything coming out of the ground in 2018 will be higher in price so this is an opportunity not to pass up. If you would like plans and specs I will be glad to send them to you. Email me at joe@joepryor.com.
Nice video, Joe. I'm with you on those awful fiberglass tub inserts. I have one of those in my Hawaii house and it's awful. They look cheap and they don't last forever. Eventually the surround loses its integrity.

I'm glad they are building affordable homes somewhere. We are low on inventory here in Sacramento. And the building of new homes is lagging far behind demand. Also, I'm not seeing new homes built that would be considered affordable.
Oh my goodness, Joe. If we had homes in this price point in the Charlotte area right now they'd be flying out the window.
HI Joe Pryor - I can't see how those homes are going to stay on market long. I bet you have them sold before the construction is complete!
Morning Joe.
Some areas have slowed down just a bit, but not enough to pause the market. Still going strong, I'm sure you'll get your share of those
It seems that there are plenty of affordable homes in the Oklahoma City area and you are just the guy for prospective buyers to call.
If I ever moved to Oklahoma City, I know who to go to for the best of everything! Happy holidays!
Brian England It’s just him like there are plenty of great homes to choose from and variety is the spice of life!
