The year is nearly at its end, and here I have your November 2017 Market Report. December report will come in the new year. I posted October 2017 Market Report back in November (See that post here). Once again our local association, Boise Regional REALTORS®, does a fantastic job with monthly reports for both Ada & Canyon County. They have also added Gem County, which I will include starting in January.
Median prices stayed about the same from last month. Homes sold are slightly down in both counties from October and days on market are slightly up, but inventory levels are sticking right at about 2 months.
