Steve, I added a small Property Management service to my RE business and might be considering software to streamline that side of my business...but I have so few clients now (kind of like to keep it that way) I'm not sure it would be worth the investment.

Thanks Nick for the note ... if it helps, just to be clear, the software is a "onetime" purchase... there are no monthly or annual fees.   This would seem like a very inexpensive solution.  Let me know if you have questions.
