The Christmas Pickle~Myth or a Salesman Inspired Tradition

Good morning Dorie - what a cute tradition.  It is wonderful to have two different age groups of grandchildren.

i have a couple of friends that do the pickle search. They talk about how fun it is and the challenge of it.

We used to have that ornament but nobody could ever find it and now we can't find it Dorie Dillard

Dorie that sounds like a lot of fun, and for $50 there is no way anyone would find the Christmas Pickle Ornament before me ....... LOL

Hi Dorie, Thanks for sharing this sweet story.  This sounds like a fun family tradition.  This is not something that we have done - but maybe we'll start it when we have grandkids.

What a great tradition for the kids.  I bet they'll be talking about that (and doing it) with their grandkids. 

It is little family traditions like the Christmas pickle that make the holidays extra special.

I have only recently heard of the pickle ornament but heard it quite a bit this year. I think it is becoming more well known.  It sounds like a fun tradition!
