What a year it has been for Oklahoma City real estate investments and thank all of you for your support. 2018 has already started off with a record amount of pending investor sales and this will be the biggest year for Oklahoma investments since 2006. We anticipate that home ownership to decline slightly in 2018 as more people decide to rent especially young people, and changes in the tax code becomes a disincentive to owner-occupancy. We plan besides our normal single family homes, more multi-family from duplexes to four-plexes, the addition of small office spaces in triplex formations, and modular homes at low prices. I am also excited about our expansion into the Tulsa Oklahoma area which has been an underserved market for new rental properties. We expect opportunities to be available in Tulsa by March so check back for that. I haven't seen a better time to buy real estate investments for positive cash flow and we promise to do what we have always done, do our homework, don't oversaturate, and expand only as we have quality personnel to give excellent service. We wish all of you a wonderful 2018, thank you for watching my videos, and we look forward to hearing from you. You can contact me at anytime at joe@joepryor.com.

The right Charlotte REALTOR!
Love the video and seeing Henri too! I agree with your assessment of seniors, millennials and the increasing cost of homeownership causing our owner occupancy to diminish in the upcoming year, at least. I believe that you're definitely in the right niche in real estate now - not that you haven't always been but, your business is well on its way UP!
May you and yours have the Happiest of New Years and may your business soar in 2018, Joe!
