Canyon Creek Subdivision gives the North Pole a run for their money!
You can access Canyon Creek off Hwy 620 between Anderson Mill Rd and Hwy 2222 on Boulder LN (which is a loop accessing Hwy 620 at each end). Boulder winds its way through the picturesque, rolling terrain of this upper middle class neighborhood of single family residences ranging in price from the high $300,000’s to the high $600,000’s and includes two gated sections offering detached garden/condo home living options.
Canyon Creek is one of the most desired neighborhoods because it’s a prestigious master planned community that features 2 parks: Trail Head and Canyon Creek Park, a junior Olympic pool (a soon to be built activity center and update to the baths in the spring of 2018), tennis courts and natural trails. A good deal of the community is surrounded by Balcones Canyonland Preserve. The close proximity to Lake Travis and Lake Austin is a plus as well as being close to entertainment, dining and employment options.
Our Canyon Creek HOA cares about our community and enjoys celebrating the diversity of our neighborhood! In the 2017 holiday season on December 2 we held our first ever Multi-Cultural Winter Festival which was a raging success. It’s such a treat driving into the community with all the twinkling lights on the trees in Canyon Creek Park especially our center tree that was planted 5 years ago! The wooden sleigh and reindeer was another great addition. We are definitely giving the North Pole a run for their money with our picturesque setting. Just one of the reasons I love living, working and playing in Canyon Creek.
