My sellers in Canyon Creek reached out to me to list their home because of my dominant position in listing homes in the Canyon Creek subdivision. The house has been under contract twice (once with a buyer who never did inspections and got cold feet and once with an investor who was only interested in their bottom line) and this makes the third...they say the third time is the charm.
Inspections are completed and repairs negotiated today, on to the appraisal which should not be an issue. Hopefully all goes well with the early February close date.
