Help - What CRM would you recommend?

Easy fishingYes it is time to start preparing.  We have had many good years of real estate.  Sales prices have gone up all over the country.  Finding buyers and selling homes has been easy the last few years.  It's been a seller's market with not a lot of change.  Yes, it has been going up, up, up.  Like the picture shows it's been easy fishing and real estate has been good for most of us.

Like many of us I have gotten used to the good years, but now I am looking to the future and the eventual.....  The down turn and the slower years.  The last down turn I saw many agents get out of the business or have to take second jobs.  Prices dipped and the number of transactions that many agents did dropped dramatically.  Many of them had gotten fat and lazy and did not do the necessary actions that as a realtor....you should be doing.

Sure I have done many of the right things like giving back to my clients, inviting them to events, adding them to social media, mailing them postcards, etc.  Reaching out and keeping in contact with them.  I am working the internet, and social media.  But in every down turn the number of transactions will be smaller and home prices may drop.  So your number of transactions and average home sales price may be down.

Low hanging fruit I need to get ready and fix my Archilles heal.   But I have a fault...I was a picker of low hanging fruit.  I took the easy leads and didn't chase the ones that did not come freely to me.

I do not have a CRM and did not follow up on leads because I was making a very good living.

HELP!!!

I need to get a CRM

What do YOU Recommend?

I need to have the pipeline full.  I need to not waste leads, because we won't be able to spend the same kind of money that we do in the good years.

Dollars

So ACTIVE RAINERS I ask you what CRM are you using?  What do you like about it?  And would you switch or what features do you love about your current CRM?

I would love to find a CRM that has video email capabilities or incorporating text and mobile device capabilities.

Any help and feedback would be greatly appreciated.  What is your Archilles heal?  What are you not doing because you are busy and you know you should.  Is there anything I can help you with?

CRM saves careers!!!

Use a CRM to follow up on leads. In great markets like had this year, most of us don't use it because we were making a very good living.
