Back on the Market:

Puamana 17C is back on the market priced at $429K since going into escrow on 12/26. It sold for $400K in 8/04. Pali Ke Kua 107 is back on the market after going into escrow on 12/22. It is listed for $650K and was purchased by the sellers for $56K in 7/73.

Contingent:

Villas on the Prince 18 is in escrow priced at $719.9K after 83 days. The sellers paid $660K in 2/17 for this unit.

Sales:

Emmalani Court 214 sold for $550K with a list price of $599K. The seller bought this unit in 12/14 for $479K. Paliuli 2 was listed for $665K and sold for $650K. The last sale was for $518,500 in 4/16.

Withdrawn:

After only 96 market days, Villas on the Prince 33 was withdrawn while priced at $649K. The sellers bought this unit in 8/03 for $550K.

Sales:
