WHAT DO WE SEE FOR 2018? During the last week of December the Fed raised rates. However they had a very small affect on mortgage rates. Rates are the lowest you may see for this year as we do expect an increase again in the spring. If you are thinking of selling your home, that means now may be the time to sell rather than wait .
