Desert Knolls is a lovely area in Apple Valley, CA. As you may suspect, it has gentle hills an lovely views.
It's a growing commercial area with many restaurants and shopping. The homes are well established with a few new homes being built.
On to the news.
In the last 3 months of 2017, 91 homes sold.
The average home was 2305 sq ft. and sold at $304,884.
That average home price dropped from $311777.
It sold at $134.92 a sq ft in 75 days, at 98% of asking.
Desert Knolls prices have been holding this year at at same average selling price.
So prices are holding steady in this area.
We are seeing other areas running a warmer market, mainly the area near Ranchero in Hesperia.
People seem excited to get on the freeway quickly and get down the hill.
My drive time to Victoria Gardens from my Desert Knolls home is 40 minutes.
Our market is deemed, NORMAL!!!!!!!!!
