I clicked on it and watched it through to the end.
How often do we feel inadequate not quite enough feeling that we fall short of what we really should be?
Well it happens to all of us most likely more than we would really like to admit it.
Although we should know within ourselves that we are loved for who we are.
The video on Thomas Edison shows that the power of love from his mother and her positive words of encouragement gave him the where with all to become a genius . We do not have to be a mother to help others find their genius inside of themselves. 
Take a few moments and give a word of encouragement to someone pick up the phone let someone know how much they mean to you and how they have helped you become the person you are today.
