Iolani Plams is a Pet Friendly, 6 story low-rise condo development in the Makiki - Lower Punchbowl neighborhood of Honolulu. The condo complex is close to the H1 Highway, Downtown, the Capital District, Kaka'ako and a short drive to Ala Moana and many retail shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The building has city skyline, garden, and makai/ocean views.

Iolani Palms offers  2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom 2 bathroom units with a few exceptions where 3 bedroom units have an additional bathroom. Square footage for 2 bedroom units range from 905 to 927 interior square feet and 3 bedroom units from 1035 to 1470 sq.ft. Building amenities include a pool, spa tub, recreation area, and BBQ.

Iolani Palms is currently designated PET FRIENDLY, however, not all types of pet are allowed. The specifications and approval process for tenant pets at the complex may be obtained from the House Rules presented by the HOA or AOAO. Lease ownership does not guarantee that your pet will be automatically approved.
