Baltimore is having some severe weather. Temperatures have been in the teens with lows in the single digits and wind chills below zero.
It has not stopped several showings today. Thank goodness the properties had garages. It was quite easy to go from my home garage into these two condos that both have garages.
Making appointments and showing properties in frigid weather is not a problem. The potential buyers were surprised when they received confirmation for their appointments within a matter of minutes.
That's how I had a SOLD 2017 and plan the same for 2018!
