The Colorado Springs Real estate market continues to follow typical annual trends with low inventory and an increase in average sales price and median sales price. Our current inventory is at 1.2 months, which is making it difficult for buyers to find acceptable properties and in heavy competition when they do. Homeowners who do not have to sell, are not making the move. Those that do, have to act quickly when their home hits the market, often receiving multiple offers. Even though the market is very active, sellers are still cautioned to price their Colorado Springs home correctly.
